DEAR BUYER, THANK YOU FOR VISITING OUR SITE, WE STRIVE TO MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO FIND THE ART YOU LOVE, THAT WILL MAKE YOU AND YOURS HAPPIER.

We hope these Qs & As  will clarify things for you.

  1.  Q.  Do you actually have all the art that you present here in stock and available for shipping?      A.  Yes.
  2.  Q.  Will you send me a Tracking number after you ship?            A.  Yes.
  3.  Q.  How will you ship the art?      A. Usually it will be shipped with a ground service or by air.  We will insure it with the shipping company.  Buyer can request fast shipping which will cost more. Specifics can be provided individually.
  4.   Q.  What to do when I receive my order.     A.  It is important to inspect the packaging for any damage and to open it and inspect the art to ensure it is not damaged. If you see any potential damage on packaging, open it immediately and report to delivery person, and ask him/her to note it for the shipping company.   Take photo of any damage.  Please follow any claim instruction that arrives with the package and instructions from delivery company.  Please also notify us about the damage and/or when you received it in a good condition, by email.
  5.   Q.  When I buy a painting here, from the Quality Oil Painting section, can you frame it for me and ship it framed?   Yes,  You will have to request it by making an INQUIRY.  You can buy the painting first to ensure you will have it, or just Inquire and someone will work with you on getting the right frame and the painting. We do have variety of framing possibilities to fit your needs, however shipping  would be more expensive.  For this reason we usually send it to a buyer rolled in a tube, and the buyer can frame it at a local framing store.
