SHIPPING, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Unique Art Marketplace strives to provide quality art to our Buyers, as presented in this Website and to arrange for a safe shipping and arrival of each purchased item to it’s Buyer ASAP.

SHIPPING:

Unique Art Marketplace may use various shipping companies. It shall insure all purchased items when shipped to purchaser. In the event of any item lost or damaged in shipment, seller & purchaser shall cooperate with shipping company in filing a claim and pursuing it to completion.

Special instructions on what to do when receiving an Item purchased here, will be enclosed with the Item when shipped and may also be emailed to Buyer with the Shipping Notification or separately.

When Buyer receives an order, it is important to inspect the packaging for any damage and to open it and inspect the Art to ensure it is not damaged. If you see any potential damage on packaging, open it immediately, report to delivery person, and ask him/her to document any damage for the shipping company. if it is damaged, please photograph it and any damaged area, and get the delivery person to photograph it as well. Notify Unique Art Marketplace by email, when you receive the Item and it’s condition ASAP and cooperate in the Claim process. Buyer may have to file a claim with shipping company and agrees to do so to completion.

The actual Items presented for sale on this site are in stock and will be sent to a buyer who purchased it. In the event that any item which is offered herein for sale, becomes damaged or unavailable for any reason, by time of purchase, Unique Art Marketplace at its own discretion may cancel the order and refund any collected moneys or in some cases, like items from the Quality Oil Paintings section, with agreement from buyer, may agree to select another item or may arrange for the item to be repainted with as high closeness and quality to the one offered on Website, if possible, given some additional reasonable time.

Your ordered Item will usually be shipped at a ground service by air and will be insured with shipping company (this also applies to any free shipping offer). If timing is important to buyer, he/she can request fast shipping which will cost more. specifics can be provided individually.

All shipments are from (FOB) Los Angeles CA USA (unless otherwise noted or purchased with a special offer). If you are in Los Angeles CA USA, you may pick-up your art at our facility by special request, timely. Or you may arrange your shipping company to pick it up (Please notify Seller timely).

RETURNS:

As a general policy, their will be no returns! however, in some specific situations, with seller’s specific authorization and written agreement, seller may accept some returns. Like in the case of a specific exchange of a rolled painting with another of equal or higher value.

As sales on this site are final and as presented! No Refunds!

We usually provide a few or several pictures for each Item, to show current quality and condition of it. No item offered here for sale is to be considered as perfect but as presented by photographs and description and it is understood that all items are sold on “As Is” and “As Available” basis. Small blemishes shall be considered acceptable. Such issue can’t be used as an excuse for a return or cancellation!

REFUNDS:

We are in the business of providing quality and high-End art to sincere buyers. any buyer should make sure that the art he/she buys is the right one for it’s needs, and allow enough time for it’s arrival, before purchasing. Buyers can inquire with seller about any item before purchasing, and can arrange for a faster shipping service if needed.

Our policy is that all sales are final! There will be no refunds! In some unique cases their may be exceptions, like in the case of the item got badly damaged or not available for shipping of any reason.

Please follow Instructions of how to open art (should be in warm temperature).
